Kelly Bio

Previously, Senior Director of the LinkedIn Service Center, she founded the service center to support the world’s largest and most powerful business network, hosting more than 102 million professionals representing 100% of the Fortune 500 companies and a wide range of household names in technology, financial services, media, consumer goods, entertainment, fashion, and other industries.   

Her dot com roots began earlier capitalizing on an extensive background in sales, marketing, coaching and public speaking, she worked at PayPal from 2000-2006, helping launch the company’s call center and developing multiple customer support solutions for its clients.

Kelly thrives on the intensity that exists within technology startups.   She is the Owner of Gratitude Academy, LLC, dedicated to cultivating gratitude principles in a multitude of settings. The vision of the Academy is to foster a positive, thankful business community. Her first book, Gratitude at Work,How To Say Thank You, Give Kudos and Get the Best From Those you Lead, is a Best Books Award finalist in the Business Management and Leadership category.
