Green REIT is a real estate investment trust with assets based in renewable energy and green technology.  Shane was successful in funding Green REIT’s initial offering for the purpose of renewable energy investment. 

Spencer was recently recognized in Forbes “30 Under 30” as one of the top 30 professionals under 30 years of age in real estate.  He was also recognized by the Institute in Entrepreneurship as the Student Entrepreneur of the Year in 2011 for his work with Green REIT. 

He also works as a broker/developer with Heise-Meyer Commercial Real Estate Company, a niche brokerage firm serving the Greater Kansas City Metro Area. 

Spencer is a graduate of William Jewell College where he studied Entrepreneurial Leaders.  He will graduate in 2012 with his graduate degree from the Bloch School of Management and Lewis White Real Estate Center at the University of Missouri - Kansas City. 

Shane is a Kansas City native and lives in Liberty.
