The new Lighting Energy Efficiency in Parking (LEEP) campaign was launched last fall to encourage commercial building and parking garage/ lot owners and managers to take advantage of the proven opportunity to save energy and money by using high efficiency lighting technology in their parking lots and structures.

LEEP’s goal is to get 100 million square feet of parking structure or lot space to use roughly 1/3 less energy than Std. 90.1-2010 by November 2013.
